Which of your classes is best suited for me?
We recommend reading the descriptions (About Page) of the main tools we use for wellness support and then meeting with us to discuss and create a plan specific to your interests and needs. The initial planning meeting is free of charge and takes approximately 45 minutes. We can meet virtually or in person but we do not recommend phone consultations so all parties can be completely focused on your plan.

Can I access your online classes at any time?
Yes, when you purchase a package that includes our virtual library. The virtual library includes Meditations of varying length, Workplace Wellness Tips, Recipes for the Seasons, and other fun tid-bits to help keep your wellness at the top of your priority list.

Can I book a private class?
Yes. We take pride in being flexible enough to offer private, small peer group, and large classes in all of our formats and packaging options. First time sessions are 90 minutes for consultation or the 45 minute planning can be booked for free.
